This is a quiet, slow and restful class that is typically practiced on the floor but could be managed on the bed. Blankets, bolsters and pillows are set up to hold and support the body as it rests. Only three to four restorative postures are practiced during the class giving lots of space and time between postures to let go of held stress.
Come with pillows and or bolsters and a few blankets.
