Each Thursday we will explore embodiment and mindfulness through movement, meditations, deeper learning and education.
Learn three cooling and balancing breathing techniques and blend them with quiet meditative practices. Megan will teach you about the breathing practices, how they affect mind, body and emotions and how you can use them in your everyday living practice called life. We will follow each breathing practice with a quite meditation to feel the effects of the breath work. A quiet space in your home to practice is recommended.

To Register and Pay: For any class or package, please pay Megan Elliott through PayPal. Upon payment please make a note of the class or classes you are purchasing along with your preferred email. If you do not have a PayPal account, please contact Megan at email@example.com and she will send you a payment request or option to pay with your Venmo account.
All classes are virtual, you will receive a zoom link once you have made your payment. Registration for package purchases opens Friday, June 19 and closes Sunday, June 28. Classes are only transferable within the month of purchase. No one will be turned away for lack of funds, please contact Megan Elliott for further details.
