Each Thursday we will explore embodiment and mindfulness through movement, meditations, deeper learning and education.

This session involves standing postures using the chair, increased strength building and deeper stretches. Sturdy chair, strap and non-slip floor recommended. Can stand comfortably on your own and balance is stable. Intermediate level.

Pay as you go $10, or 5-Class Package $45

To Register and Pay: For any class or package, please pay Megan Elliott through PayPal. Upon payment please make a note of the class or classes you are purchasing along with your preferred email. If you do not have a PayPal account, please contact Megan at connect@meganelliottyoga.com and she will send you a payment request or option to pay with your Venmo account.

All classes are virtual, you will receive a zoom link once you have made your payment. Registration for package purchases opens Friday, June 19 and closes Sunday, June 28. Classes are only transferable within the month of purchase. No one will be turned away for lack of funds, please contact Megan Elliott for further details.

Megan is a compassionate educator and dedicated guide who skillfully supports her students and clients on their courageous journey toward healing and growth. A gifted yoga therapist, Trauma Sensitive Yoga trained yoga teacher, and teacher trainer, Megan works with diverse populations. Her offerings range from yoga classes to Thai yoga massage sessions, Reiki to yoga therapy. Megan views yoga as a lifestyle, a living practice that unfolds as we unfold, and that its teachings are a vehicle that can guide us closer to the fullest expression of ourselves.
