Mindful chair yoga with do-able challenges and stretches for your whole body. All levels. Sturdy chair recommended. There will be an optional 10-minute guided meditation directly following from 10:50-11:00.

Megan is a compassionate educator and dedicated guide who skillfully supports her students and clients on their courageous journey toward healing and growth. A gifted yoga therapist, Trauma Sensitive Yoga trained yoga teacher, and teacher trainer, Megan works with diverse populations. Her offerings range from yoga classes to Thai yoga massage sessions, Reiki to yoga therapy. Megan views yoga as a lifestyle, a living practice that unfolds as we unfold, and that its teachings are a vehicle that can guide us closer to the fullest expression of ourselves.

All classes are virtual, you will receive a Zoom link once you have registered. Registration for package purchases opens the week of September 1 and closes Friday the 11th. No one will be turned away for lack of funds, please contact Megan Elliott for further details. Purchases are only transferable to other classes within the month of purchase.
