Learn about restorative yoga, what it is and how certain postures can help bring relief to mental, emotional and physical anxiousness and worry. Megan will lead the class through three restorative postures which are led quietly, slowly, on the floor or bed and held for up to ten minutes. Please have a space on the floor or bed to practice. Bring a blanket, an eye pillow (if you have one) and a few pillows for props. A quiet space in your home to practice is recommended.
To Register and Pay: For any class or package, please pay Megan Elliott through PayPal. Upon payment please make a note of the class or classes you are purchasing along with your preferred email. If you do not have a PayPal account, please contact Megan at email@example.com and she will send you a payment request or option to pay with your Venmo account.
All classes are virtual, you will receive a zoom link once you have made your payment. Registration for package purchases opens Friday, June 19 and closes Sunday, June 28. Classes are only transferable within the month of purchase. No one will be turned away for lack of funds, please contact Megan Elliott for further details.
