Lovingkindness Restorative Yoga Class - a Valentine's Day Gift for Yourself!

Sunday, February 13, 2022

9:00 a.m.-10:15a.m.

Zoom Cost: $15

Join Megan for a 75-minute Zoom class in honor of love.  Let’s take some time to give and receive.  Megan will lead a gentle heart opening, back bending restorative yoga class.  This class will include stretches and just a few postures that are supported by props, like yoga bolsters, blankets and pillows.  The focus will be on slow and easy opening for the upper back, lungs, shoulders, neck and heart area.  The class will be filled with deep breaths and long supported holds with lots of encouragement to be with the experience of giving and receiving.  We will end the session with a heart centered guided relaxation.

Restorative yoga is a passive and restful form of yoga that nurtures and restores health to the nervous system, slowly calming mind and body.  Postures are done on the floor and can also be done on your bed if getting to the floor is not an option.  Props are needed for this class so please come with a few blankets and a variety of pillows!

Click Here to pay for your class.  Important: Please pay as business and services and note in PayPal which class you are paying for.  Note your preferred email as needed.

If you do not have a PayPal account, no problem…contact Megan and she will email you a payment request.

Please note: Before starting any exercise program, please consult your physician or health care provider, especially if you have any pre-existing injuries or physical conditions. In participating in these live and recorded video yoga practices, you assume all risk of injury involved.
