Guided Relaxation, with Megan Elliott
Mondays 3:00–3:45 p.m.
Nourish yourself deeply with this full mind and body relaxation session. Practice this in the comfort of your chair or lying down. Close your eyes and be guided into a deep relaxation. Eye pillow, blanket and quiet space will deepen your experience.
Pricing: Pay-as-you-go, $12 per class. Prepay, 4 class package $40, 5 class package $50 & 9 class package $80. Add requested recorded classes to package or pay as you go.
