Chair Yoga with Optional Meditation
Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays 10:00–10:45 a.m.
Stretch and strengthen your mind, body and spirit! Deeper breaths and quiet pauses. Mindful chair yoga with do-able challenges and stretches for your whole body. Includes some standing poses using the chair as a prop. All levels. Sturdy chair recommended. Optional 10-minute non-guided meditation directly following.
Pricing: Single class or Pay-as-you-go, $12 per class. Prepay, 4 class package $40, 5 class package $50, 7 class package $60 & 9 class package $80. Add requested recorded classes to package or pay as you go.

*Regular classes can be traded within the month. Regular classes cannot be traded for specialty (single offered) classes.
