This program will invite participants to discern vocation, or deep inner calling, in the later season of life. What are the unique gifts and struggles of this sacred time, and how may you enter into those with creativity and hope? We will be attentive to sacred texts and follow the path of our ancestors in faith who witnessed to the spiritual value of aging.

If you have experienced or are experiencing trauma and would like to explore a safe way to get more comfortable in your own skin, this class is designed for you! In this 90 minute class, suitable for all bodies, elements of a traditional yoga class are modified to support trauma survivors.

Mindfulness is the practice of being completely aware of what is happening in the present moment, to be fully aware of all that is going on within ourselves and all that is happening around us without judgement. Mindful eating is the practice of mindfulness while eating – paying attention to thoughts, emotions and physical sensations as we eat. This practice of being fully present helps us to be in the here and now – where we can make purposeful choices around food and eating.
