Event:**ZOOM**RECONNECTING WITH NATURE-HEALING FOR THE SOUL: A CONTEMPLATIVE DISCUSSION GROUP
Dates: Starts on February 20th, 2021 and occurs every week on Saturdays until March 6th, 2021.

We at Genesis believe that people are part of the web of life and that we and our souls are not isolated or separate from our environment. If we can harmonize with the self-righting rhythm of nature, we may experience healing from this past year.

While direct contact with nature has many benefits, individuals need not spend time in a green environment to experience the positive effects of nature. A mere glimpse of nature from a window or even photographs or videos can improve people's overall mood, mental health, and spiritual growth.

Let us look closely using images, descriptions, experiences and share what moves us while being held in the healing environment of a Genesis community as a prelude to Spring, when we have the opportunity to gather outdoors.

9:30am -11:00am via Zoom, cost $75 for the series.

Try living one day without any unhealthy thoughts. It may be very difficult, but try another day, until it becomes habitual, and life will move in the direction of becoming healthy, vital, and alive.
