Event:**ZOOM** “SHORT WINTER’S NAP” RESTORATIVE YOGA AFTERNOON WORKSHOP
Date:January 17th, 2021.
Time:2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Please note:  this program has been changed to Zoom. Join from the comfort of your own home!

The festive glow of the holidays has passed, but winter's darkness and cold remain. Step out of the season's frigid embrace and experience two hours of body-nurturing, soul-satisfying restorative Yoga. The practice takes place down on the mat in seated and supine/prostrate positions. Gentle movements warm the muscles and joints, preparing the body for extended holdings in a variety of prop-supported poses. Props can be found in your home - folded blankets/bath towels, pillows/cushions, as well as blocks and bolsters.

When comfortably supported muscles melt into deeper openings, the mind slows into stillness, the heart releases its heavy emotional burdens, the breath flows unimpeded, and the spirit is freed and refreshed.  Breath work and guided meditation will bathe you in a pool of profound relaxation from which you will emerge balanced and renewed ~ perfectly restored. Rekindle your inner glow and shine brightly.

Cost $25, via Zoom.

Try living one day without any unhealthy thoughts. It may be very difficult, but try another day, until it becomes habitual, and life will move in the direction of becoming healthy, vital, and alive.
