It’s Time to Retreat from the Stress of COVID!

Friday to Sunday, June 10-12, 2022

Facilitated by Mary Elizabeth McCue and Eileen Callahan

Cost: $330, includes private room and meals

This retreat is time for you to relax, refresh, and renew. It will offer you time to share your stories, spend quiet time alone and, if you’d like, engage in peaceful and creative activities.

People of all religions and no religion are welcome, and there is no theological focus to the weekend. (Mary Elizabeth and Eileen will be available, however, to discuss spiritual issues privately. There will be an optional mass on Sunday.)

You’ve worked hard, suffered a lot, and witnessed the extreme. Now it is time to take care of yourself.

Always interested in the mind, body, and Spirit connection, Mary Elizabeth will also offer stretching and movement to music in order to relieve deep tension.  Eileen plans to offer simple, relaxing art projects.

Enjoy the quiet spaces, grounds and Providence Arboretum. Attend all or some of the offered sessions. This is your time to unwind, rest and renew.

Financial assistance available.
