The shortened days of autumn call us to introspection and the regathering of our energy for the long, dark winter. Align your inner and outer self with this eight-week yoga series. You will learn breathing practices to build inner warmth, poses to strengthen and tone the body, and meditation to foster the seeds of change that will bloom in the spring. Poses can be adapted to meet most ability levels. BYO yoga mat; props are provided. Class size is limited to preserve distancing.
