Autumn Yoga Series

The shortened days of autumn call us to introspection and the harvesting of our energy to carry us through the long, dark winter ahead. Prepare yourself for wintering with this 6-week yoga series of poses and breathwork to build warmth and bodily strength to keep your inner light burning brightly in the cold season, along with meditation to foster the seeds of change that will bloom in the spring.
