The food of life is found not only on our plates (or bags of take-out) but also within five integral life areas. Sustenance is found within the quality of our rest, companionship, novelty, exercise, and outdoor nature time, too. This program is designed to provide the experience and inspiration to help deepen understanding and awareness of the challenges and benefits of cultivating mindfulness of the five food groups in daily life.
