A Silent Directed Retreat is designed to provide time and space for quiet, prayer, solitude, and discernment – attributes that make it easier to listen for and hear the whispered song of spirit. This may be a time for self-reflection and/or a time to review the events and relationships in your life and contemplate how they relate to your connection with God.
The Retreat will guide you to the deepest levels of awareness inside your body. You will have a focusing session each day with your director. Prior Focusing experience is required.
